Shoppers are voicing their frustration following a change that caused items being listed as the wrong size.
The popular resale platform has revised its measurement guidelines for female and kids' apparel without notifying every member regarding the update.

Many shoppers and sellers are posting online claiming that product pages now present an altered size classification compared to what was initially listed due to the recalibration.
The company said the new system was more in line with similar services.
The platform has recommended to review their products and manually change the size if necessary, resulting in member annoyance.
Size Classification Changes
Previously, the measurements included one number and one letter, like S/8 or M/10.
The updated approach includes a letter with a size spectrum such as S/UK 8-10.
With some products, the sizing has been recategorised - like an L measurement was formerly size 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.
Shopper Experiences
Frankie Bridger, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult".
"Not many brands say XL is a 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Another user, based in Glasgow, said garments she listed with size 14 tags were showing in the marketplace as larger sizing 20-22.
"If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they may become frustrated," she stated.
Manual Updates
Charlotte Lunn, located in England, explained she became annoyed because the modification necessitated personal updates the measurements for "each individual item".
"Personally, this is quite irritating, because of my ongoing medical condition and platform income has been essential for me since losing part of my income," she stated.
Platform Context
The platform boasts over 100 million users, including 18 million in the UK.
It has become a favored option to second-hand platforms like eBay and Depop.
This isn't the first time where an unanticipated change on the platform has faced criticism: earlier, the service retracted a modification to its shipping options following member complaints.
